Turkey Time

These turkeys were full of fine motor skill practice. First, we painted the lunch sacks. Then, we cut out all of the feathers. We stuffed the turkeys with newspapers to make them fat. The children loved doing that and seeing their turkey come to life. Then we glued on all of the pieces including all of the feathers. When they were done and dry after several days of work, they were finally finished and ready to go home. I love seeing the children smile as they run out to the car with their preschool projects. These turkeys were one that they were super proud of.
