We had so much fun with Christmas. There were so many crafty activities that incorporated all of the skills we needed to work on. The stockings gave us a chance to sew again. We sewed all along the edges and then wrote our names in sparkly glitter glue.
We painted gingerbread men and decorated them with buttons and wiggly eyes. Before we glued on the buttons, however, we had to stop and sort them.
We also made these Christmas trees. The children had to cut out their own stars and decorate their trees with ornaments, practicing circles, and draw gifts underneath it, practicing squares.
