Finding and Counting Stars

There are stars hiding for your children to find. They are buried under rice! Of course, they are the same color as the rice to make it hard for them to find. Preschoolers have to find all of the stars they can, then count them. We can then tell them that they found them all, or that they need to keep looking. It gives them a chance to hunt and then count and then hunt and then count. It is great practice for them and they love it!!
