Here We Go

I'm so excited to start this blog!! I've been out of the classroom and home with my little boys for six years now. As much as I have loved being home with my babies, I have missed teaching! Now, with the start of this preschool, I am having so much fun getting things set up and ready to go! I have so many ideas in my head of things I want to do, lessons I want to teach, craft I want to make, and stories I want to read.

Who am I?

My name is Alishia Sechez. I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I taught school for 3 years in Gilbert before starting my family. Once my son was born, I stayed home with him. Several years later, twin boys were added to our family, too. I have really enjoyed being home with my babies, but I miss teaching, too. A LOT! So, now that my babies have all grown up, I'm excited to teach preschool out of my home. My twins are four-years-old now and are in both classes. I'm so excited to be part of their first school experience and to share what I can with their friends in the neighborhood.
