Dinosaur Eggs

We had the most fun talking about baby dinosaurs this week. We talked about where baby dinosaurs come from and how the parents have to protect their eggs from other dinosaurs. The children were very interested in these eggs and the babies inside.

So, we made some eggs of our own. First, we painted eggs and colored baby dinosaurs. Then, we cracked the eggs by tapping them on the table and then cutting them open. Then, we glued the bottom part and placed a brad in the top so it would open. And last, we placed our baby dinosaur inside.
It was a fun project and one they couldn't wait to take home and show off!!
