The children colored and cut out the body pieces. There are identical pieces in the front and the back. They really had to take their time cutting, and many children had to cut more than one because their first one didn't really work out. After they were colored and cut, we hot glued a pipe cleaner in the middle to make a dinosaur that they could play with. They loved walking their dinosaur around by the tail. Anything that gets them excited about coloring and cutting is a good activity, so this one was great! It left blisters on Miss Julie and Miss Alishia's fingers, but was still worth it in the end.
