We learned all about cats today!! We talked about why they purr and what they'll do if they don't like what you are doing to them. Everyone got really good at hissing and pretending to scratch. We read several stories about cats today and then spent the morning doing cat centers. We made cat headbands to wear and counted cat whiskers!
We all wore our cat ear headbands out to our cars at pick up time. Everyone was told that they weren't supposed to say, "Hi, Mom!" as they climbed in to their cars. Instead they were supposed to say, "Meow!"
